Hardly a word about it in the news anymore. The pampered generations for which we (all the branches of service) fought must be too busy demonstrating out on the streets.

Thank You, and Semper Fi, John E-4, 0311, 1st Marine Division, Hill 190, Vietnam 1969. I would also like to Thank the Air Force for flying me out of Vietnam and the U.S. Navy for supplying us with a Corpsman (EMT) who would patch us up!

I also offer my Semper Fi to all past ,present and future Marines. My time in our Corp spanned the decades of the 50s to the 80s and not a day goes by that I don't wish I could do it again .

Happy birthday to my fellow brothers. I was with the second battalion, 26th marines, 1st marines Division, in the Nam in 67-69.
