Actually, the Marine Corps birthday was on November 10, 2013, and marked the Marine Corps’ 238th birthday. It was the day before Veterans Day. But yes, Happy Birthday.
This prior service US Army NCO attended a US Marine Corp school at NAB Little Creek, Va way back in the mid 1970s. May of not been a Marine, but they sure made me feel at home and a part of the Corps!
