Maryland Tow Dolly users

You are correct, no special registration or plates needed on a dolly in Maryland. You will need a bill of sale to prove ownership if questioned, and the dolly must have rear facing tail, stop, and turn lights.

Can't. Towing a Prius. It'll work, but can't do it 4 down.

Correct - But IMHO you will be better served if you think 4 Down - and look for a Blue Ox
