The Roo-Bar is a nice feature.
Wouldn't be hard for Tiffin to rework the Breeze for Aussie standards. The chassis is in house built so shifting the various drive controls to the right wouldn't be a one off with a secondary supplier. Changing electrical from 110VAC 60Hz to 220VAC 50Hz would be pretty simple also. Final out fitting with items such as the power converter, TVs, AC and other such 220VAC items can be done once the coach arrives in country rather than attempting to source them here in the USA. Power train is pretty much international already. The price is a bit of a premium for a Breeze but the coach is a long way from home.
Lived in Sydney for two years and Australia is RV dream land.
