Measurements for dinette cushions?

Hi! Brand new RVer after a fantastic impulse buy of a 1997 Roadtrek Popular 190 in immaculate condition.

Little girl is in the shop getting a quick tune-up, and I can't get to her until next Monday. I would love to make replacement back cushions for the dinette during the Christmas break, but don't have the measurements. Help!

Does anyone know the measurements for:
(a) length of standard dinette cushions (I think 72"?)
(b) length of dinette cushions minus the overhanging cabinets
(c) measurements (LxW) of center piece (where the side table sits)

I think measurements for any 1990s 190P would be roughly the same. Bonus if you have the measurements of the microwave space so I can order a tiny oven. :)

Really appreciate the help, and I'm so excited to join the Class B community!

Cheers,
Rebecca
  • Welcome to the Class B community. For some reason, maybe similar to the tiny house movement, I really see Class B owners as a definitive group, and a way of life (and travel). The first thing I tell people who ask: "it parks in a normal parking space!"

My wife and I are fairly new to B's also. Shopped for a year or so, and found a 1996 Coachmen on a Chevy van last spring that we could afford, and we have enjoyed it ever since.

If you haven't read about it already, be aware of the upcoming Class B Rally in North Carolina in May. A definite good time! See: http://b-rally.org/ and the discussion on this site in the Rallies and events category. If you can make it, hope to see you there.
  • be careful replacing the microwave with an oven to be sure it is properly vented for the extra heat.

  • Anne and Dick - Thank you so very much. I'm thrilled! What a great and adventurous way to kick off 2016.

I will of course need so much help, so except to see lots of questions from me!

    Happy holidays!

  • Can't help with the cushions but want to welcome you to the B group.
