Mercedes RV service

Sometimes it's important to recognize exemplary service when it happens. My 2014 sprinter "C" had all the bad news lights glowing while traveling back east in mid-Ontario (Near Algonquin Park). Check engine light, then Def low light and, after topping up Def tank,a Restart 10 times display.Of course this is Friday late afternoon on the Canada Day 150th holiday. We made it to the inlaw's without a hitch but once there I fretted all weekend.
On Monday morning I contacted Newmarket Mercedes and told them my situation. When I spoke to Jeremy in service he told me to bring it in and they'd reset the codes.
They were busy and short staffed due to the holiday but put me in for a look when they could. I only waited a short while when Jeremy came to advise me they found the problem (bad nox sensor) and could replace it if I could wait for awhile longer. Gary the service technician had me fixed up by lunchtime. They even washed my motorhome. And they didn't charge me a nickel or try to push billable work on me.
This dealership has shown how to do it right. My hat goes off to Newmarket Mercedes Benz.

  • I'd drop a positive review in the usual social network sites, FB, Yelp, Google, etc.

Great to hear about a job well done.

    This is truly good news.

Good service by anybody anywhere on anything is good anymore.

Really good for MB Sprinter owners too. There's a lot of talk about how to find service for them, and you found good service fast.

Maybe it's a Canada Thing... We had a rental Camry in Calgary AB when a window wouldn't stay up. Toyota shop took care of it. No charge no paperwork. Even though it was probably an accident. The tech thought somebody "smoked a mirror" by catching it in a carwash, parking garage, etc. and that warped the window track. At any rate, they got it done. Quickly, Professionally, Cordially.
