Good for you. I took a serious look at the extended version last year, measured the interior dimensions and really liked the possibilities but decided on keeping my old van as long as it keeps running so well. Good luck and keep posting your progress. Not sure how you will fit it all in. Live in, yes. Food van, yes. Both??? hmmm
