Step 1. Floor
Needs a clean.

That's my 87 year old dad. He was a very good help. Holding tape measure and on stand by for advise for many things along this journey.

There was already a ply covering on the floor. But as I was looking at a 6.5 Honda geni coming in I had to make the floor continue to the door without a step. (space) Hence taking it over the step.
Although the side door can be opened - It will not be useable for entry or exiting once finished.
Step 2. Wiring and Step 3. Insulation.
12V above.

Wiring below along the wall, 240V I used a 4mm cable dam thick an difficult to work with. Ended up having to often add more which I missed along the way.

Placing wooden lats using self tapping screws into metal make it easier to attach ceiling to. Opps that last lat wasn't centered - so add another.
Insulation. Looked into coolroom high densitiy foam - which gave a rating of only 2 at 50cm deep plus very expensive. This aluminum sheeting gives a rating of 1.7 double it and it rates at 2.6 and is very easy to install and a nice price to.
But that Sprinter gets so hot very hot quickly. But it's all coming from the windshield! So have ordered an external WS cover, imported from USA.
