Fitting back wall to SHOWER & WC

Another hole!
Bummer this WC is a manual flusher. Here's me thinking no big deal I will save on running 12v cable. But didn't realise this baby needs a second hole for filling water. Also how's this IT DONT FIT it made for a thin wall not a van size wall. So now no connection possible - had to dream a little to work a way out to fill water into it. Mmm
After a lot of thinking. I got it. Just make 2 plastic circles with little holes in them and join it with a pipe using sikaflex glued it all together.
No major dramas except for the back of taps which had to be modified to fit.
Had no choice in the level of taps as any higher would of been non accessible at the connection. After having to renew that on my RV every year it is essential.
