When I had my last winnebago I glued the entire bottom rear cap on with gorilla glue. Never knew anyone else who used it but it held tight for several years until i got rid of it
EXACTLY!!!!!!
There's a zillion, very well designed and ultra strong adhesives out there that work flawlessly, WITHOUT running back to the factory. I mean, if the factory ones are so good, the WHY did they fail? So, I too have a couple of disconnected glue joints on the front of our '04 Itasca Horizon so, I'm on the hunt for a quality epoxy or adhesive that will work.
