I agree - I used some to attach some aluminum foot rests to the inside of a fiberglass kayak-- worked great ! Since I had some left and the shelf life is short once you open it, I put some on a pair of sneakers I use in the yard whose soles were separating from the main shoe. Since the stuff remains a bit flexible after setting up, the sneakers have continues to serve me well.
