The installation is not hard at all on most vehicles, but I was going to install it on a 2002 Ford Ranger and it was too much work because the whole fuse box was on the way of extended master cylinder. I would have had to find a new spot for the fuses which would require lots of work. Make sure you have room on the vehicle you are going to install it because it will push the master cylinder out some inches.
But the system I would have to say is the best for a tow vehicle because it is air operated and when you apply the brakes on the coach it also applies it to the tow vehicle.
Labor should not take more then three hours at the most, more like two hours labor. I believe the M&G at the time I was interested on it was like $600. for the kit.
Most other systems will run around $1200.
