M/H to Toad Braking Systems

We have a 1991 Monaco Dynasty 36 Diesel pusher and are getting ready to tow our 2010 Jeep Liberty and are wondering what most rv'rs recommend for a braking system. We have the Sterling tow bar system in place.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

  • Check out M&G before you buy anything else. I am pretty sure there is a Jeep model and it plugs into your current braking system. It's always there and you just connect an air line between the MH and toad and you have fully proportional braking.
  • Another vote for Ready Brake. I have been using one for 7 years without any issues. Simple, effective and inexpensive.
  • ReadyBrake by NSA.
It is simple, NOT failure prone, purely mechanical, relatively inexpensive, easy to adjust and use, and not too difficult to install.
Installation is a one time job. Once it is done, it never has to be redone.
    It works with any towbar.
If your coach has air brakes, the AF1 is a good system, so the users say.
