Maybe but like most animals, humans included, they go for the low hanging fruit. Not much food laying around on a large concrete slab.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I am, that many of you use bait. If you've ever had to watch a loved pet suffer from poisoning, and I hope you never do, you would avoid that choice.
I'm guessing most thought my suggestion of half filling the toilet was too silly to try. Too bad- it works.
