I have never had to replace a tire on my RV because it was worn out. I have a brand new spare that was made in 2006 and kept in the cargo area on my new one. It looks brand new but due to it's age I'm replacing it. My old camper had 10 year old Good Years on it when I got it and the sidewalls had cracks. They still had lots of tread. It will be tough to convince me that any tires can be used safely under RV conditions for more than 5-6 years. Would be nice though to not have to throw away tires with good tread on them.
