I did not read any restrictions about Coach-Net not responding to a controlled access roadway. Any one know?

I have both AAA RV and Coach-Net. The first time I used AAA RV the towing company hooked up my B incorrectly and it smashed into a ditch causing front end and body damage. Have not needed to use Coach-Net yet.
