Michelin Tire Recall - How Long To Get Replacement Tires?

One of my concerns is road noise. They look like a more aggressive tire and although the Adventure tires might me more rugged, I would be concerned about the amount of noise they make on the highway. Last thing I want is more road noise on long trips.
