It is 2015 and my copy of S&T 2013 still works. Are you looking to buy additional copies, or has your version stopped working (I've heard about license keys being rejected).

Being a paid, licensed user, I helped myself to a "cracked" version off the Internet, which no longer asks for a license key. This is dangerous, as a lot of "cracked" applications contain backdoors and viruses - it's not something I'd recommend just anyone attempt.

With the exception of new bypasses and such in high density areas, the highways and interstates aren't changing - as long as the program runs, it'll never really be out of date. Of course, if you use the "points of interest" features (I never do), that info was out of date in 2013 and by now is even more so.
