I have an old copy of a Rand McNally trip maker software that came with a free atlas from Chrysler years ago (2002?). To this day I still use it. I had bought Microsoft Streets and trips, it worked for about 6 months and then stopped working, always asking for the product key, which I had and used to install it in my computer! When it did work I wasn't happy with it! I just went back to the out of date Rand McNally Trip Planner, it works great! Sure some of the campgrounds/destinations have changed, but the end result is still the same. It gets me where I need to be.
