Sometimes it helps to vent! I think that there is a general apathy towards "toys" or what people consider to be their "toys" - RV's get the brunt of it because most people are either too lazy or ill informed to perform even the most basic maintenance on their units! I think it scares a lot of people to be honest! LOL

If I were in your shoes, I'd lean towards buying new and not getting involved with someone else's "trouble"
