Many don't know/realize or understand the annual maintenance required- especially theropod and seals. I talk others who ask me what is wrong when I am checking the seams and/or on the roof-- I say nothing- just inspecting; many tell me they have never been on their roof!
I wash and wax the Class C before trips-- I clean the inside before, during, and after each trip.
The travel trailer we sold in 2011 after 8 years still looked new. We looked for several months for our Class C before we found ours--- the previous owners took good care of it- but we still are having to do some work (one project/ year).
It always surprised us the condition of houses and the cleanliness (or lack of) when we were buying our home... Must be our disposal society.
