This is why DH and I work as hard as we do on our "toy".
We bought ours brand new after seeing the used ones at the dealership and reading here about the "joys" of those who bought other people's discards. We bought a used, but in mint condition hybrid tt, realized it entailed more work insetting up; DH had been leaning and got me thinking the same way.
DH has washed and waxed ours; keeps the outside looking good; he inspects seams and has been on the roof checking that out regularly. Anything that looks "funny" gets checked an fixed ASAP!
I clean the bathroom and kitchen better than or s&b house! Keep her dusted and swept, too:-)
We paid too much - any price would be too much - to not take good care of her or to leave her sitting in the driveway!
