Seems you can get a "worn" RV that is 10 years old for your $20,000 mark. Expecting brand new looking is a bit much I think.
As I said in my OP, I have seen the worn RVs for $20 and found I didn't want to deal with leaks and poorly maintained vehicles so I upped my price range to $30. Found the same conditions. So I upped my range to $40K and STILL found the same conditions. I think my expectations are in line with my pocketbook. I know some people can toss a couple hundred grand at an RV and not feel it. I am not one of those folks. To me $40K is a lot of money and I expect value for what I spend. So far, all the RVs I have seen in the last year would be throwing money away.
I'm thinking new may be what I may have to do to get what I want.
