Don't totally discount units with have mileage, provided they have been properly serviced at regular intervals. Sometimes units that are barely used may not have been exposed to the rigors of actual use and thus not truly tested. As one of the prior posters, I too bought a rental unit. They replaced all the outdated Michelin tires that were on recall. I have a 2008 Tioga 31M with 106,000 miles when I bought it. This unit had service documentation of everything that was ever done to the coach. The documentation was 15 pages long. It was meticulously maintained, and no, the renters did not trash it. Service staff made sure everything was clean and in proper working order for the next renter. This unit has the Ford Triton V-10, and can easily go to 250,000 miles with proper care. I am keeping up the maintenance, and so far, the engine works like a fine Swiss watch.
