The problem I have with dealers, is they wont give you squat for your pristine unit, and want top dollar for their high mile, dirty one. I tried dealing with a few of them and they would not budge on price even though we had cash. Meanwhile six weeks later it is still on their lot.
Our immaculate, always covered, low mile 2010 Chateau had a low Nada of $44k, dealers wouldn't give us more than $35k.....yet had their units at or above high Nada. We sold the Chateau to a private party in a week for $44k, after asking $45k. A dealer would have had it on the lot for $50-$55+ with no bargaining. It's like they are out to make a killing instead of a fair profit, so they just sit on them.
