ol'yeller, another thing to think about is registration fees. Not sure about Washington, but our county in Nevada really hits hard on registration. We bought the 2010 Chateau in 2013 and had to pay $1100 to register it because of the value it sold for new. It came down to $970 this year, but still outrageous in my mind. The 2006 Tioga we now have, was only $430 to register it because it is 4 years older, but had a relatively same retail value when new.
I know Oregon has super cheap DMV fees, hopefully your state does to. If not, future registration fees of a new unit may be something to think on.
