Sounds like me and the wife hates it! Frankly think putting any money or time into our house is a waste with our neighbors.
I've done alot of work to our Jayco and think it's in pretty good condition just based on what's out there. Much better than what I seen at camping world the last time we were out there. And those were easily 15 to 20k more than we paid. Sure probably need to do some work to the overhead due to a leak and fix some road rash. Planning on keeping till it's 15 years old so it'll be in really excellent condition compared to others by then.
