I think you misjudged my situation, I can go out and buy a 100k to 150K rig for cash today, but that will not solve my problem. My house is just becoming a burden that is weighing me down I need to get rid of it.
This picture was taken 8 years ago and since then I added an extra two car garage (for a total of 4 cars capacity and did some landscaping. This house is just to big and too much work for one person.
As I stated in another post, I liked the idea of privacy and houses being far apart when I bought it but as I grow older I worry about my dogs and what would happen to them being locked in the house if I died and no neighbors noticed
One other thing, I can understand getting a$100,000 rig if I was part timing it, but I am selling my house and this is going to be my new home
