Mini Cooper automatic
I've seen a number of RVrs write about towing their MANUAL Mini Cooper 4 down. Does anyone tow an automatic mini with a dolly? Any issues? Rick

Read a ton of different forums and all info I could find on towing a mini. You cannot tow a automatic transmission mini four down. You can tow it on a Dolly and we did tow our base model on a Dolly with no problems. Many folks tow their mini with Manuel transmission four down. The awd mini cannot be towed on a dolly OR four down, it must be transported on a trailer/flatbed. No one I read about had experienced damage in those configurations. A few who tried to tow automatics four down did have damage.
