I also googled RV garages and the best info were posts from RV.net.
I definitely need to go bigger. Most people that have built them say around 20x50 with 14’ door is ideal.
That puts me back to my original plan.
I can get a 40x60 all metal building with 2) 14’ doors, walk door, windows, skylights and boxed soffits for around $85k. This is turn key with 5” concrete floor.
The appropriate sized stick built would probably be half that cost but less than half the size.
I can also use the shed for other equipment storage.
Also, this is California so the price may seem high to some.
I’m looking around $200+ / sq ft just for a simple 2 story house above garage. ??
