I have to offer up a thank you. We have been looking for 2 years for this floorplan without success. Must haves were dinette on curbside, sofa, overhead bunk and a separate bed that doesn't have to be made up everyday. The only shortcoming I saw was fairly small gray and black tanks but that isn't a showstopper for us. If you do buy this, please PM me and let me know what you paid and what package it has if you are comfortable sharing that with me. Thanks again!
