I would question the MSRP of $74,567 for that unit. If you go to the Winnebago web site, that unit list for $65,642 before figuring in delivery and what not, but unless that particular MH has a bunch of options,which doesn't seem to be the case, it's hard to see how the MSRP can be that high.
