Thanks everyone for your replies. Here is a quick update.
I got the offer for a new MINNIE WINNIE 25B for $52,000. At the same time, I also searched ads on Craigslist for used RV (because I worry if we buy a new RV, we would have to make payments for 20 years. What happens if we change our lifestyle a few years later when the kids are older? Would we regret continuing making the payments?). My wife, on the other hand, likes new RVs. She hates used ones.
On the way to the dealership to sign the contact for the new RV, I got a call from the Craigslist seller who is selling his used 2003 MINNIE WINNIE 24F for $13,500. I made a U turn and stopped at his place first and bought his used RV after carefully inspected everything. The $ intended for the down payment of the new RV is used to pay off the old RV. No debt and no worry for the next 20 years.
Everything appears to be in good condition. I will post more pictures soon, but here is the video of a same model on you tube. The condition on my new "used" 2003 MINNIE WINNIE 24F is similar to this.
