You may find some hidden rotten spots. So be prepared to do some maintenance. Ours looked 100% inside and out but behind the spare tire mount at the bottom we found a rotten panel. Not too difficult to fix but took time. I only spent about $100 on materials using cement board siding and cedar to replace the bad panel that was across the rear (but beneath the coach floor.) We have LOVED our 2003 Itasca and these are fantastic machines. Although that one you found and that price would have tempted me! :-)
