Check that the postive battery cable terminal is not corroded inside on the post same for negative and that they are tight and that the negative ground "cables" are ok, one to the motor the other one from the motor to the chasis, there are a few fuses in the engine comparment that you can also check,
thats provided that the battery is charged, if you service the battery terminals and clean them after you attach the cables smear a good dolop of vaseline grease and you will not have corrosion.
There might be a positve starter solenoid cable and a positve supply cable for the cabin two separate cables that need to be inspected, I do not know what chasis you have so I am going on experience.
