Thank you all for the great advise & photos on how to remove those old heavy Tv sets, got up early Sat morning yanked those babies out, now we are in HD heaven.

Glad you had some success. I think yanking those boat anchors out and replacing with new light flat-screen units is the #1 mod on these RV's. It is very interesting for me to see all the different mounting mods done by forum members. Many even change the TV's location.
