Monaco, Holiday Rambler, American Coach, Fleetwood

About REV Group" HERE is a url if you're interested.

Milwaukee-based specialty vehicle manufacturer REV Group Inc. plans to raise up to $100 million in its initial public offering, to a preliminary prospectus it filed Monday (Oct. 24) with the SEC. REV Group is parent to REV Recreation Group, builder of American Coach, Monaco Coach, Holiday Rambler and Fleetwood RV motorhomes.

As reported by the Milwaukee Business News, the prospectus shows the
company has not yet priced the offering. It plans to list the shares
of common stock on one of the stock exchanges under the symbol REVG.

REV Group plans to use most of the proceeds of the offering to pay
down debt, as well as for general and administrative expenses, capital expenditures, working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Tim Sullivan, former chief executive officer of South Milwaukee-based Bucyrus International Inc., moved REV Group’s headquarters from Orlando, Fla., to Milwaukee earlier this year.
  • I still have some original Monaco stock left, I wonder if they'll honor it?...give me maybe 2 to 1 ..:B...Dennis
  • Dennis: I might give you one American Motors share for each of your MCC shares!

  • The Dynasty ended up being an Edsel...and is no longer made..The Monaco Diplomat is out there..but the Monaco/HR brand is much weaker than the Fleetwood/AC branding..

Wow, that is so sad. Monaco has turned into nothing. They were SO vibrant in their day! Enormous floorplan choices, etc.

    MM.
  • Dynastys are still being made. I have a friend who has a brand new one and also saw a new one a month or ago at an rv show
  • Fireguy, I looked on Monaco's website and they are showing only 2017 Diplomats, no Dynasty's. Also, Lazydays in FL is also showing only 2017 Diplomats in stock. In the past, they would have Dynasty's too.

  • I looked at a new Dynasty yesterday at Alliance Coach in Wildwood, FL. It looked like an entry level unit, nothing of the past.
  • Those Dynastys are quite old...believe I wanted to consider one when I upgraded...I actually talked to Lazydays about it as someone posted they got 50% off...well, they said that was a special one that they got factory assistance on and the other one they had they thought they could sell...it sat but eventually it sold but it was already 1 or more years in stock (too old for me) and I ended up with a much better situation and an absolutely awesome coach. But, that being said, Monaco/HR dealer network is on life support, and they long canned Mike Snell the sales manager.. I think REV took these two at a distress sale to pick up their assets (ie Oregon) and their massive customer base and service profitability. They have updated the American Coach line (ie Eagle and Dream) but put nothing into the Monaco/HR flags which are now treated like bastard children. Although still with only 1 yr warranty..Someone posted here not long ago that their American Dream was a total nightmare....I think REV is viewing Monaco /HR as GM eventually viewed OLDSMOBILE.....
  • Guess the one I saw was an old (new) one sitting on a lot. Can't believe the original price was $600.00 Yikes! I"ll just keep our 06' Dynasty which has been a superb rv.

so even the real price then is still like 400+K
there is not a Fleetwood product alive I would pay 400K for
    except the American coach line
