I purchased a 2001 Residency new a few months after the mfg went bankrupt and all its assets were sold off. Just sold it the other day and never had any issued I couldn't address. We replaced it with a 2004 Safari Trek - Safari was purchased by Monaco about 2001 and production of the Trek ceased in 2008. I don't see that as an issue either. There's seldom an issue with the box itself and everything else there are components that can be repaired or replaced by products available just about anywhere. The refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, leveling jacks electrical components and other items are pretty much the same regardless of who builds the box.
