If you're looking at a Trek
Thanks Don!
Actually I am looking for a 2016 Flair 26D but they are hard to come by in my area. In the process I found the Monaco which to me is almost identical to the Flair. I realize while they badge it a Trek is bears no lineage or resemblance to the Safari Treks.
We have constraints on our budget, driveway space where we will keep it between trips, and street in front of the house so the Flair / Monaco wheelbase provides the turning radius I need, etc. My wife is retired but I am still planning to work for the next 3 years so this type of unit is a good fit right now. It will also provide an additional room when people visit.
