Yup, like so many others, Tiffin is now a Thor.

I see you posted about this on the Tiffin Owners Forum. I know I've seen this discussed before and a solution, but I couldn't find that thread. Do you have a house battery disconnect switch? I'd try turning that and the AC power off for a minute to try to reboot things.

Can't help you, but this is an ideal opportunity to see if Tiffin still provides good customer service after the buyout. Call the factory and get tech support to see if they can help you.
