I did not realize I was in the class A section. Thank you for the other helpful information though. After further investigation the 60A dbl pole breaker at the pole was only running 1 leg and not both. We replaced the breaker for $30 and everything is working great! Also, thank you for the info on the Montana forum. That will help in the future.
