A few C's are made on truck chassis, too. The Tiger CX & TX are made on buyer's choise of 1-ton Chevy, Ford, or Dodge chassis. Not sure, but the same may be true of the Malayan; the Siberian is on the F-550. Then there's Xplorer and others on the F-450 or F-550. In a lot of cases, the buyer gets a choice of options and drivelines, pretty much lacking in van cutaways.
BTW, Ford may have just changed the truck game somewhat; the newest version of the F-150 has an
aluminum cab, for significant weight savings. I'm pretty sure this'll extend to the rest of the F-series line soon.
