I wouldn't mind seeing the Hilux chassis models back in the US. For a short "C", they could get MPG ratings that not even the latest vans can nail these days. Now, they were not exactly speed-demons, but they did the job quite well.
I've wondered what Honda would be able to do if they made a chassis. With their generator technology, top tier hybrid expertise, and decades of engine knowledge, they would be interesting contenders.
