I used to be in the repo business. I've seen some stranger things. My favorite was heavy truck repo's. Never an issue with an owner because you always went with Federal Marshals as an escort. Unlike private cars, has to do with DOT regs.

Something about a Federal Marshal that changes attitudes. Must be the visible sidearm or something.
