The year of the chassis is often a year or so different than the "house" The chassis are built separately and shipped to manufacturers. They may sit for a while before one is plucked from the yard to build a house on. The actual year of the MH is what will be registered with the DMV. So you are looking at a 2016, it has a 2014 chassis and likely 2014 tires. That's how it goes. When you build a house the studs and materials may be several years old. Your house's age is when it was completed. As far as mileage, that seems excessive from IN to DE which is only about 600+/- mi. You didn't say the brand so hard to say exact mileage but that seems high. Also gen hours seems high too. I this a new unit?
