On our units the fresh water, waste, and gas are behind the rear axle so it unloads weight from the front axle and increases weight on the rear axle.
I noticed that! Our Jayco at least has the fresh water tank right over the rear axle so that water doesn't unload the front. But full waste tanks REALLY would. The Gray tank is runs right back to the trailer hitch. No spare tire mounting under this sucker.
I am very glad Rolin's 26A tracks OK with only 29% of scale weight on the front axle. Gotta be doin' everything right!
