I'm not sure how to change the setting you are asking about. Given that it records properly and the channels all come in perfectly, I'm guessing yes. I have combed the settings. There is one section under 'satellite" that I'm not sure about because there are some menu settings that I can see but not not get to. I put in the proper zip code. Other than that crickets.
The reason I asked about the settings is you said 2 of the 3 sats (I assume 99 and 103) have errors. Your dish manual should state what settings to use. Try 7. Menu-Settings & Help-Settings -Satellite-Repeat Satellite Setup: Dish setup:
