Best bet is to give the respective agencies a quick call to make sure you aren't met with any "Ah-Ha" moments when you arrive. ;-)

You'll have to pay the property tax on each registration when you get your license plates. For the boat trailer, you may be able to get a multi-year plate which means that you'll be billed each year with your property taxes. But you'll still have to pay the personal property taxes on your MH each year when you renew the tags.
