My dad is about to buy a motorhome, is it a good deal?

It looks like a nice rig but certainly appears to have lots of little issues that will add up and the paint could be a big issue. Looks like the seller is just doing a quick wash and selling with no repairs. I noticed in the head on picture one of the headlights is out. Simple fix but certainly illustrates that there are probably many of these simple fixes.
