From what I read, and from the reviews this seller has, everything that I can see and read seems legit. The description is accurate to the model. Not really what I would consider "rambling" but there is quire a bit of information there.
Whoever wrote it, does know RV's. Tires are a big issue, and someone not knowing much about RV's would never even consider talking about the tires, more specifically, the date code on the tires.
I think it would be worth flying out to have a look.
Everything I can see is on the up and up in my opinion, (which is worth exactly what you paid for it).
